Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 30 to 60 days.

Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
